Reflection 1

Well, seeing the given topics, I now see that I will not post just anything that I see to be important. But it's OK, perhaps within the time that we are sharing blogs I will squeeze in a few pieces of information that I hope is found interesting.

As far as Library 3 goes, I am liking this course a lot. It's quite simple to get the basics of doing research when you follow step by step directions. However, I do still find it difficult to physically go into a library and do research [but my next blog will show the experience I had when doing so]. I find myself in a dilemma, well not really, I know that I prefer using online sources over anything else. I'm from a new generation! With different outlooks on how to complete work. What do you expect?!?! Many people call it 'laziness,' however, sociologist refer to it as the technology stage. Where we [the newest generation] are accustomed to retrieving loads of information in a short time span. The Seven Steps of the Research Process is nothing new to me; I have been working on research for some time, though it does help to refresh ones memory from time to time.

In the long run, as for this course, I am hoping to 'sharpen the saw' when it comes to gathering and citing information and sources, so that once the Fall comes around, I will be looking for a first round knock out [straight A's and B's I hope].

Welcome!

In this Blog I hope to share valuable information that will perhaps inspire some of you to change the world you now know. I would like to see how many of you have taken action or are at least informed about the events that take place everyday, NOOO not the washed up news you see during prime time, I am talking about the stuff they (the Media) leaves out. All responses- bad and good- are welcomed.
